Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Travel A Division
This program is non refundable unless otherwise approved by the Executive Board.
Travel B Division
This program is non refundable unless otherwise approved by the Executive Board.
Checking Clinics
Refunds are not allowed for this event unless approved by the DHA Board.
Starter Stealth
Refunds are not available for this program. Please contact the DHA Board if you have questions at info@daytonstealth.com.
Starter Stealth Rental Gear
A portion ($70) of your registration fee will be refunded upon return of your rental gear. Please work with the DHA equipment manager to return your gear. The equipment manager will then notify the DHA treasurer to process the refund.
Coach & Volunteer Registration
No cost is associated with this registration, so no refunds are needed.
Brush-Groh Scholarship
This is a scholarship program and therefore, refunds are not appropriate.
Silver Stick Tournament
Teams registering for this event will not receive a refund without DHA Board approval, if they cancel at least 6 weeks prior to the tournament. No refunds will be available less than 6 weeks prior to the tournament date.
