SNG Performance Goaltending Camp
DHA is excited to be hosting the 2nd annual Strength, Nutrition, & Goaltending (SNG) Camp! Join us at the Springfield Chiller for a 3-day holistic development experience! During this 3-day camp, SNG staff will provide instruction for goaltenders on the following areas: skating, puck handling, fundamental save selections, rebound control, and situational reads. Campers will receive 3 hours of on ice instruction, as well as two goalie specific off-ice workout/classroom sessions each day. Goalies will be placed in groups based on age and ability to ensure that each goalie is appropriately challenged.
Ages
This is for goalies of all ages, including those at 8U and up (2015 and older birth years). Players will be grouped by age based on ability to ensure that each goalie has a great experience. Equipment may be available to rent for the 8U goalies; please contact the DHA Equipment Manager, Nevin Bisgaard at nevin.bisgaard@daytonstealth.com.

Where: NTRPD Chiller in Springfield
Players should bring their lunch and water bottle along with clothes for off-ice exercises.
